SMS Terms

RankRite Labs may send SMS (text) messages to phone numbers that have opted in through our website forms. Messages relate to appointment reminders, project updates, and support for your enquiry with RankRite Labs.

You opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box on our contact form (or another RankRite Labs form that offers SMS) and submitting the form with your phone number. The box starts unchecked. Consent is voluntary and is not required to submit the form, contact us, or purchase services.

Message types may include appointment or call reminders, project status updates, and customer-support replies related to your enquiry. Message frequency may vary based on your project and conversation. We do not use this opt-in alone for unrelated promotional marketing lists.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. RankRite Labs does not charge a separate fee for standard SMS consent, but your carrier may.

Reply STOP to any RankRite Labs SMS to opt out of future messages from that program. Reply HELP for help information. You may also email [email protected] or use the contact form to withdraw consent or ask about SMS.

How we handle phone numbers and SMS consent is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes, except as needed to provide messaging or where required by law.
