Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you wish to terminate an ongoing service, please give us a 15-day notice by email or text message. Providing no notice will result in one additional month being charged. No refunds or prorations will be given for payments already made.

You should provide us with the necessary website access, content, approvals, and information on time to keep your project moving smoothly. A refund will not be given if these are not provided or if your website is inactive, unavailable, or experiencing technical problems beyond our control.

The results of our original strategy cannot be guaranteed if you change the content, listings, or technical setup of your website, your AIO strategy, or your advertising strategy independently. It is not possible to refund such changes.

When developing or testing a website, payments are non-refundable once designs or mockups have been approved. An additional fee may be required if the scope of the project changes.

The project may be closed if it has been on hold for more than 30 days; no refunds will be issued. A 30-day cancellation notice may be required for special, promotional, or event-based services.

Contact us first if you believe there is an issue with a payment. Chargebacks and payment disputes submitted for services delivered or owed by RankRite Labs may result in RankRite Labs providing relevant documentation, including agreements, invoices, communications, approvals, and reports.

It is our goal to handle cancellations and concerns fairly and professionally at all times. A written exception must be approved by RankRite Labs.
